Job Advert Summary
Clover is inviting new talent to join the Call Centre Learnership program. Successful applicants will spend the duration of the learnership at Clover’s Call Centre offices located in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, and will attend classes as prescribed. Upon completion, individuals will achieve an NQF qualification and gain experience in a world-class Call Centre environment.
Applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas are particularly encouraged to apply. Additionally, persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Grade 12 / Matric completed in the past 5 years (2019 – 2023)
- Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Advanced computer literacy
- Employment Status:
- Currently unemployed
- Other:
- Applicants must not have participated in a Learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Provide high-level customer service
- Handle all inbound and outbound interactions
- Resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders
- Order Management:
- Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and on time according to the daily call list
- Inform customers of accounts on hold
- Confirm customer orders as per standard operations procedures
- Inform relevant stakeholders of issues pertaining to their orders
- Sell Clover and Principal products as per customer ranging
- Offer new or additional products by describing features and special offers
- Teamwork:
