Job Overview

The Enterprise Risk Management Graduate Programme – JHB FY27 is a 3-year graduate training contract designed for graduates who want to build a career in risk management, governance, and consulting.

The successful candidate will join the Johannesburg office and support the ERM team in delivering risk management solutions to clients across multiple industries.

This programme offers structured on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to real consulting projects in enterprise risk management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with enterprise risk management projects
  • Support facilitation of risk workshops
  • Help develop ERM frameworks and policies
  • Contribute to combined assurance initiatives
  • Support maturity assessments
  • Assist with risk appetite and tolerance statements
  • Help prepare consulting proposals
  • Support business development activities

Qualifications

Education

Applicants must hold one of the following:

  • BCom Honours in Risk Management
  • BCom Honours in Auditing
  • BCom Honours in Accounting

Other relevant ERM-related qualifications such as CCSA or similar may also be considered.

  • Minimum 65% aggregate academic average
