Job Overview
The CIB Finance Graduate Programme offers graduates the opportunity to gain deep insight into the financial operations of a leading banking institution. This programme goes beyond traditional finance roles by combining financial management, strategy, and innovation.
As a graduate, you will work closely with business units to analyse financial performance, identify opportunities, and support decision-making processes. You will gain hands-on experience in financial control, reporting, and data-driven finance while contributing to impactful projects from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Support financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities
- Assist in implementing financial controls and governance processes

Qualifications
Education
- Postgraduate qualification (completed or completing in 2026)
- Open to diverse fields of study (excluding Auditing)
- Strong emphasis on financial acumen and analytical capability
Experience
- Maximum of 2 yearsβ work experience
- Strong academic performance (minimum 65% average)
