🎯 About the Role

We’re seeking a Graduate Recruitment Officer to support and drive KPMG’s graduate recruitment strategy. Reporting to the Graduate Recruitment Supervisor, you will manage day-to-day operations, execute recruitment initiatives, and coordinate regional graduate activities.

This is a dynamic, people-facing role ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, recruitment experience, and a passion for building strong talent pipelines.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and attend graduate recruitment events to promote KPMG’s graduate programme

• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations at universities and career expos

• Screen applications via internal HR platforms, emails, and CV drop-offs

• Ensure candidates meet minimum academic and experience requirements

• Schedule and invite qualifying candidates for assessments and interviews

• Communicate outcomes to candidates (both successful and unsuccessful) professionally and promptly

• Assist with preparing training contracts and ensure internal sign-off procedures are followed

• Oversee vacation work programmes and other ad hoc graduate initiatives

• Manage recruitment marketing materials and campaigns

• Compile and deliver reports on graduate recruitment activities and targets to senior management

• Ensure a smooth, consistent, and professional recruitment experience for all candidates

🔑 Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Confident presentation and public speaking abilities

• Highly organized, with strong time-management skills

• Collaborative team player who can also work independently

• Resilient and able to thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)

• Strong sense of professionalism and integrity

• A proactive and service-driven approach

📚 Minimum Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a client-facing role

• Experience in graduate recruitment highly advantageous

• Previous in-house recruitment experience preferred

• A relevant tertiary qualification in HR or a related field

• Must have own transport
