Job Overview
The SAB Graduate Management Trainee Programme 2026 is designed for recent graduates who want to become future business leaders. During the programme, graduates will complete rotations across different areas of the company, including Sales, Supply Chain and other business functions.
Participants will gain practical experience in front-line roles, field offices, breweries and operational environments. The programme is structured to help graduates build leadership skills, understand the business and prepare for permanent opportunities within SAB.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the structured Graduate Management Trainee programme.
- Complete rotations in Sales, Supply Chain and other departments.
