Job Overview
Citra is seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance & Audit Specialist to ensure the organisation’s HR systems, data, and processes scale effectively during rapid growth.
This role focuses heavily on data governance, compliance, and systems optimisation, acting as the central authority for HR data integrity. You will collaborate across legal, payroll, and operational teams to ensure seamless alignment between internal systems and external service providers.
Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Data Governance
- Manage and maintain BambooHR as the central source of truth
- Ensure full data accuracy and synchronization with payroll and biometric systems
- Maintain clean, compliant, and audit-ready employee records
Compliance & Audit Management
- Conduct regular audits of employee documentation and HR processes
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and external legal frameworks
- Work with legal teams to standardize HR templates and policies
Process Optimisation
- Improve onboarding and offboarding workflows for efficiency and automation
- Streamline HR processes to reduce manual intervention and errors
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Liaise with payroll providers and HR service partners
- Ensure third-party outputs meet company compliance and quality standards
Reporting & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports (e.g., heat maps) for leadership visibility
- Provide insights on organisational readiness, risks, and HR trends
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years in HR administration, compliance, or data-focused HR roles
- Proven experience working with HR systems and audits
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in BambooHR (mandatory)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, reconciliation, analysis)
- Familiarity with Simplepay, ERS Biometrics, and Google Workspace (advantageous)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
