🎯 Role Overview

Join the Jet team as a Junior Graphic Designer and contribute to creating compelling marketing visuals for both digital and print platforms. From store windows and signage to digital banners and social media graphics, your creativity will be key in capturing customer attention.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials: digital & print ads, social media graphics, banners, emailers, and newsletters.

• Execute in-store signage, seasonal catalogues, and promotional graphics.

• Assist with studio photography and basic editing.

• Create and animate content (GIFs, videos) for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

• Work with packaging, labels, and various print collateral.

• Retouch product imagery and maintain alignment with brand guidelines.

• Conceptualize ideas for online and print media.

• Participate in competitive retail research (digital & in-store).

• Support photoshoots and marketing events when needed.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Graphic Design

• 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate or agency setting

• Proficient in:

  • Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator

  • After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro (advantageous)

  • Microsoft Office

  • Apple Mac OS

• Solid understanding of digital and print layout principles

• Familiarity with repro, social media formatting, and digital trends

🛠️ Skills & Traits

• Strong design skills for web and print

• Basic animation and photography skills (lighting & composition)

• Copywriting knowledge is a bonus

• Organised, deadline-driven and able to multitask under pressure

• Tech-savvy and forward-thinking
