Key Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents and agreements.

Maintaining client, contract, and compliance records in line with POPIA.

Supporting attorneys or legal managers with legal research and correspondence.

Coordinating communication with courts, clients, and third-party service providers.

Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance for all filings and legal matters.

Assisting with administrative tasks like preparing case summaries, scheduling, and file management.

Uploading CVs, qualification transcripts, and managing legal application portals.
Qualifications and Experience

A diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or equivalent legal qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal admin or support role.

Solid understanding of South African legal systems and processes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal admin systems.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Knowledge of POPIA and FICA will be advantageous.
