🧭 JOB OVERVIEW

The Nike Retail Associate (Athlete) role at the Woodmead store focuses on creating premium consumer experiences through expert product knowledge, exceptional service, and strong brand representation. You will support store operations, assist customers in finding the right products, and contribute to achieving sales and service goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience aligned with Nike brand standards

• Act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and inspiring customers

• Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and styling advice

• Drive sales through active selling and customer engagement

• Support daily store operations including stock replenishment and visual merchandising

• Maintain store cleanliness, organisation, and safety standards

• Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets

• Stay informed on new product launches and seasonal campaigns

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience

• Retail or customer service experience is advantageous

• Experience in sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail is beneficial

Skills

• Passion for sport, fitness, and the Nike brand

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with sales orientation
