🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Operate both manual and automated packaging equipment according to set standards.

• Implement the production plan for your shift and manage equipment performance.

• Ensure high levels of process quality, efficiency, and output.

• Track production data and take necessary corrective actions.

• Monitor and respond to performance trends using tools like MES, PIMS & POMS.

• Conduct process checks, acknowledge downtime, and use OFRs (Operational Feedback Reports).

• Contribute to AB reports as needed for operational excellence.

• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by identifying hazards and raising Safety Improvement Opportunities (SIOs).

🎓 Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate (compulsory)

• Post-matric qualification (e.g. N4 or National Diploma) – Technical field preferred

• Packaging experience within an FMCG or brewing environment is essential

• Technical certifications such as IOB Certificate, SAM, and LOTOTO are advantageous

• Minimum 9 months on-the-job training and completion of SKAP within 12 months
