As a Passenger Information Agent, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of travelers, ensuring accurate information and exceptional service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
✅ Deliver Exceptional Passenger Support

Proactively identify, address, and escalate passengers’ needs and queries to ensure swift resolution.

Announce flight information clearly and professionally to travelers.

Participate in customer care initiatives and projects to continuously improve passenger experience.
✅ Support Airport Operations

Provide operational support to internal stakeholders to meet departmental goals.

Build and maintain professional, positive relationships with passengers, colleagues, and external partners.

Accurately capture data for analysis and trending purposes.
✅ Monitor and Escalate Issues

Identify and escalate system-related errors to technical teams.

Escalate recurring operational non-compliance issues to supervisors for resolution.
Minimum Requirements
✔️ National Senior Certificate / Grade 12 (Matric) is essential.
✔️ 1–3 years of experience in business operations or a customer service environment is recommended.
✔️ Basic Microsoft Office skills for data entry and reporting.
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Knowledge of airport operations (advantageous) acquired through prior employment in a similar environment.
