Job Overview

Tetra Pak is seeking a Future Talent – Production Engineer to support production line efficiency, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This entry-level role is designed for engineering graduates who are eager to develop technical expertise in manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will support production KPIs, troubleshoot process issues, and contribute to operational excellence within a fast-paced production setting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and support production lines based on defined KPIs
  • Monitor and analyse production performance indicators
  • Identify and resolve process and machine efficiency issues
  • Ensure safety, product quality, and operational performance standards are met
  • Coordinate workflows across production processes
  • Participate in and implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) activities
  • Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives within production teams

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

Experience

  • 0–2 years of working experience
  • Internship or graduate exposure in manufacturing environments is advantageous

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Understanding of production systems and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work in fast-paced industrial environments
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in continuous improvement and operational excellence
