π οΈ Key Responsibilities
β
Implement and manage the Chronic Disease Management Program, providing coaching and awareness to employees and contractors.
β
Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with the program, enhancing the well-being of all employees.
β
Execute wellness and health campaigns, promoting employee awareness of health and wellness issues.
β
Participate in the Group Wellness Steering Committee, offering your expertise in health and wellness.
β
Compile monthly statistical reports to ensure compliance with the chronic disease management program.
β
Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act, maintaining an efficient medical surveillance program.
π Qualifications & Experience
π Essential Qualifications:
βοΈ Tertiary qualification in General Nursing
βοΈ Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a professional nurse
βοΈ A driver’s license Code EB (08) is required
π Desirable Qualifications:
βοΈ An additional qualification in primary healthcare
βοΈ A certificate in HIV counselling and testing
π Experience:
βοΈ Minimum 5 years nursing experience
βοΈ Experience in the Q-MED system and in the mining industry is a significant advantage
βοΈ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
