🛠️ Key Responsibilities

✅ Implement and manage the Chronic Disease Management Program, providing coaching and awareness to employees and contractors.
✅ Develop and execute strategies to ensure compliance with the program, enhancing the well-being of all employees.
✅ Execute wellness and health campaigns, promoting employee awareness of health and wellness issues.
✅ Participate in the Group Wellness Steering Committee, offering your expertise in health and wellness.
✅ Compile monthly statistical reports to ensure compliance with the chronic disease management program.
✅ Ensure compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act, maintaining an efficient medical surveillance program.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

📘 Essential Qualifications:
✔️ Tertiary qualification in General Nursing
✔️ Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a professional nurse
✔️ A driver’s license Code EB (08) is required

📘 Desirable Qualifications:
✔️ An additional qualification in primary healthcare
✔️ A certificate in HIV counselling and testing

📘 Experience:
✔️ Minimum 5 years nursing experience
✔️ Experience in the Q-MED system and in the mining industry is a significant advantage
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
