Lovisa is looking for a Part-Time Team Member to join its Wonderboom store in Pretoria. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fashion and customer service.

You will be responsible for delivering an engaging shopping experience, supporting store operations, and representing the brand with energy and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with styling and product selection
• Perform sales activities and manage transactions at the register
• Conduct ear piercing services (training provided)
• Replenish stock and maintain store presentation
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
• Build strong relationships with customers and team members

Qualifications

Education

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred

Experience

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience advantageous
