What You Will Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with account openings and betting queries.

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales and activations by showcasing our mobile betting products and services.

• Lead mobile marketing campaigns aimed at growing our online customer base.

• Maintain accurate records of your sales activities and report progress daily to management.

• Represent the Hollywoodbets brand positively and professionally in all interactions.

• Set up eye-catching displays at outlets, events, and promotions to attract and engage customers.

• Guide customers through FICA requirements, ensuring proper documentation for new account registration.

• Educate new customers on how to use the mobile betting app and encourage use of sign-up bonuses.

• Keep your work area organized to maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

• Manage and safeguard mobile equipment issued for work purposes.

• Participate regularly in training sessions such as Moodle, Bet Strike, and Trainers on Wheels.

• Be flexible to move between branches and stores as required by operational needs.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned within the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and listening skills — verbal and written.

• A results-driven mindset with the motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Good understanding of mobile and internet betting, including betting procedures and top-up voucher (TUV) distribution.

• Previous experience in a promotional, sales, or customer service role is a bonus.

• Confidence and professionalism in engaging with diverse customer personalities.

• Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and product knowledge.
