Job Overview

The Sales Person is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to store profitability. This role involves engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products while working towards achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs
• Deliver a high standard of customer service
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Sales Performance

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability
• Actively promote products and services
• Identify opportunities to increase sales

Store Operations

• Support merchandising efforts to attract customers
• Handle cash and credit processes in line with company policies
• Maintain a clean and organised sales floor

Qualifications

Education

• Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential

Experience

• 7–12 months retail sales experience (Preferred)
