Job Overview

As a Senior Client Advisor, you will serve as a Brand Ambassador and role model within the store, ensuring every client interaction reflects the Louis Vuitton Promise. You will build deep, long-term relationships with clients, guide them across all product categories, and elevate the overall store performance through leadership, mentoring, and advanced clienteling.

This role combines high-touch client engagement with operational support, contributing to both commercial success and team development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an exceptional Client Advisor and role model for the store team

  • Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences across all Louis Vuitton product categories

  • Achieve individual and team sales objectives while supporting overall store targets

  • Proactively develop and maintain long-term client relationships through advanced clienteling

  • Recruit new clients and nurture existing relationships using available tools and insights

  • Demonstrate exceptional brand, product, and craftsmanship knowledge

  • Uphold Louis Vuitton grooming, behaviour, and service standards at all times

  • Support Team Managers in promoting a client-centric culture within the store

  • Assist with daily store operations including floor management, stock control, and opening/closing duties

  • Mentor and support Client Advisors through coaching, buddy systems, and onboarding of new team members

  • Lead by example during high-end events, animations, and virtual appointments

  • Support management by understanding and applying company policies accurately

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting stock and store operations

  • Assisting with visual merchandising and after-sales activities

  • Championing a specific product category

  • Acting as a key point of contact for Country Merchandising by providing feedback on product performance, client insights, market trends, and opportunities


Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end client-facing environments

  • Strong sales leadership and advanced clienteling capability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships

  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and brand sensitivity

  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to mentor and inspire others

  • Confidence in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
