Job Overview

Hollywoodbets is seeking a Contact Centre Senior Training Facilitator to support training operations within its contact centre environment. This role focuses on identifying training needs, delivering impactful learning programmes, and mentoring facilitators to enhance overall team performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving learning and development initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped with the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify training needs through analysis, surveys, and stakeholder engagement
  • Deliver training programmes aligned with Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and operational goals
  • Facilitate learning using blended methods (classroom, e-learning, virtual sessions)
  • Mentor and support Contact Centre Training Facilitators
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements
  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and e-learning content
  • Conduct induction training for new employees and team leaders
  • Evaluate training outcomes using assessments and feedback tools
  • Support the development of SOPs and training documentation
  • Participate in training project planning and implementation
  • Maintain accurate reporting on training activities
  • Adapt training delivery for diverse teams and environments
  • Travel and work flexible hours (including weekends/public holidays) when required

Qualifications

Education

  • Relevant qualification in Training, HR, Learning & Development, or related field (or currently studying towards one)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of training or facilitation experience
  • Experience in a contact centre or customer service environment preferred
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members is advantageous

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
