๐ Role Summary
The Service Advisor ensures the smooth running of the service reception, managing customer needs from first contact to final invoice. By coordinating workshop schedules and maintaining open, professional communication, the Service Advisor drives customer satisfaction and fosters long-term relationships while contributing to optimal workshop utilisation and service sales.
๐ Key Responsibilities
๐ Before Service

Prospecting: Prepare for and initiate customer contact.

Sales: Identify customer needs and propose optimal service solutions.

Workshop Scheduling: Plan work to maximise workshop capacity and efficiency.
๐ง During Service

Ensure customers are kept informed of progress and any changes.

Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
๐ค After Service

Vehicle Return: Communicate clearly with customers upon completion of work.

Follow-Up: Check in with customers post-service to strengthen relationships and gather feedback.
๐ Minimum Requirements

Matric certificate or equivalent (required)

Minimum 2 years Automaster experience (required)

Costing experience (advantageous)

Driverโs licence (advantageous)
