Key Responsibilities:
π¬ Client Engagement
- Assist clients with downloading online applications and resolve login issues.
- Help clients purchase value-added services such as prepaid data and airtime via self-service devices.
- Educate clients on using self-service and digital functionality for seamless banking experiences.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, keeping clients updated on their queries and service requests.
- Identify sales leads and engage in cross-selling to improve client engagement and meet business goals.
- Provide personalized service, assisting clients with completing their service needs online or in-branch.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure satisfaction by addressing any issues related to digital services and queue flow.
πΌ Business Operations
- Process cash transactions, withdrawals, deposits, and transfer requests efficiently.
- Ensure the balance and security of branch cash stock, cards, and other items.
- Perform first-line device maintenance and cash replenishment for ATM and other branch devices.
- Maintain control over cash management, ensuring adherence to all security and compliance policies.
- Manage foreign exchange requests according to Nedbank procedures.
- Minimize losses by ensuring all discrepancies in cash holdings are reported and corrected.
- Support efficient ATM operations by loading cash, balancing devices, and addressing device malfunctions.
π Risk and Compliance
- Mitigate risk by adhering to counter and drop safe limits as per policy.
- Prevent fraud and losses through transaction authentication and client verification processes.
- Follow all operational, security, and compliance procedures to ensure risk mitigation and transaction safety.

Qualifications & Experience:
π Essential Qualifications
- NQF Level 5 Diploma or equivalent qualification.
π Preferred Qualification
- Finance-related Degree or Diploma.
πΌ Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in Retail/Banking Client Service.
- Experience with cash handling, first-line problem resolution, and foreign exchange is required.
π» Technical/Professional Knowledge
- Customer service principles and product knowledge.
- Problem-solving skills and relationship management.
- Familiarity with Nedbank security policies, governance, and controls.
- Knowledge of Forex products and related services.
