Position: P27 – Retail Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Assist customers in finding products and promptly address any queries or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues swiftly.
- Efficient Transaction Processing:
- Process cash, card transactions, lay-bys, and refunds accurately.
- Maintain till balances and report any discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Merchandising Mastery:
- Maintain visual appeal by ensuring correct pricing and display of products.
- Optimize product availability on the sales floor and stay informed about ongoing promotions.
- Risk Management:
- Mitigate risks such as theft and fraud by adhering to company policies on product tagging and participating in stocktakes.
- Report any suspicious behavior to management promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

- High energy and enthusiasm for vibrant retail settings.
- Strong drive for achievement and meeting targets.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
