Job Overview

The University is seeking a qualified and research-driven Senior Lecturer in Business Management with a focus on International Management, Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneurial Finance. The role involves teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, supervising research students, and contributing to academic leadership, research output, and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Business Management disciplines
  • Supervise Masterโ€™s and PhD students and support research development
  • Conduct and publish high-quality academic research
  • Participate in academic administration, including programme coordination
  • Engage in community initiatives, short courses, and industry consultation
  • Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders
  • Contribute to departmental growth and academic excellence

Qualifications

Education

  • Doctorate in Business Management or Entrepreneurship

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of tertiary-level teaching experience
  • At least 2 accredited academic publications or equivalent scholarly outputs
  • Successful supervision of at least 2 Masterโ€™s students
  • Exposure to PhD supervision or relevant industry experience
  • Evidence of academic or professional citizenship
