Job Overview

Hollywoodbets is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Media Buyer to join the marketing team in Umhlanga, Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in SEO, PPC and digital advertising who can manage campaign performance, mentor team members and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance using metrics such as CPA, CPM and conversion rates.
• Analyse campaign data and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Negotiate advertising pricing, budgets and placement terms.
• Identify new market opportunities, advertising platforms and digital trends.
• Work with content, creative and development teams to create campaigns.
• Manage relationships with digital publishers and external vendors.
• Lead and mentor Junior Digital Media Buyers.
• Oversee team performance and ensure campaign targets are met.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc performance reports.
• Monitor and manage campaign budgets.
• Ensure campaigns comply with company policies and approval processes.
• Conduct competitor research and suggest improvements.
• Manage contracts, campaign agreements and payment processes.
• Attend meetings, workshops and industry events to stay updated.

Qualifications

Education

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies or a related field will be advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in SEO and PPC.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience managing a team.
• Previous experience in digital media buying or campaign management is required.
