Job Overview

The Sustainability Graduate Programme – JHB FY27 is a 2-year structured graduate programme designed for dynamic graduates passionate about ESG, sustainability reporting, climate finance, and corporate impact.

Graduates will join multidisciplinary consulting teams delivering sustainability assurance, ESG reporting, research, and client advisory services.

This programme offers exposure to sustainability frameworks, site visits, client projects, and thought leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

Execute sustainability audit and assurance procedures
Prepare working papers and project documentation
Support ESG reporting engagements
Identify sustainability risk areas
Develop corrective action plans
Produce reports and consulting outputs
Liaise with clients during project stages
Participate in site visits
Conduct sustainability and ESG research

Qualifications

Education

Applicants must hold a relevant Honours Degree in one of the following fields:
