Key Responsibilities

Participate in software development lifecycle activities (analysis, design, development, testing, deployment)
Assist in building and maintaining scalable financial systems and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Global Markets and Transaction Banking
Support live production environments, including maintenance and troubleshooting
Contribute to automation, cloud, and infrastructure solutions
Apply modern technologies to solve complex business problems
Stay updated with emerging tech trends and tools in fintech

Qualifications

Education

Postgraduate qualification (completed or completing in 2026) in:
- Computer Science
- Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning
- Electronic Engineering
- Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Financial Mathematics
- Statistics
- Informatics / Information Systems
- Software Development / Software Engineering
- Data Engineering / Data Science
- Quantitative Risk Management

Experience

Maximum of 2 years’ work experience
Must be under 30 years of age
Strong academic performance (minimum 65% average)

Skills

Proficiency or exposure to programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, C++)
Understanding of software development and system architecture
Knowledge of databases and cloud technologies is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in teams
Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
