About the Yes 4 Youth Programme

This programme is a structured 12-month workplace experience initiative tailored for South African youth aged 18–29. As a participant, you will be equipped with essential skills, exposed to real working environments, and gain practical knowledge within the logistics space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and offloading of goods as per delivery procedures

• Follow instructions and tasks as allocated by team leaders and managers

• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and safety protocols

• Report non-conformities with merchandise accurately and timeously

• Operate within designated areas and comply with safe working practices

• Maintain the integrity and professionalism of DHL at all times

Minimum Requirements:

• South African Citizen (Unemployed)

• Ages 18–29 (as per YES initiative criteria)

• Matric Certificate with English & Maths/Math Literacy – Essential

• BBBEE Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

Required Documentation:

• Certified copy of South African ID

• Certified copy of Matric Certificate

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism

• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
