🧭 Key Responsibilities

As a YES learner at TFG, you will:

• Be mentored by experienced team members and managers

✅ Minimum Requirements

To be eligible for the programme, you must:

• Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 28

• Be currently unemployed

• Matric is preferred but not compulsory

• Be available for full-time work on a 12-month fixed-term contract

• Not be studying full-time during the learnership period (April 2025 – March 2026)

• Have not participated in a YES programme before

• Have not been permanently employed by a single employer for more than 12 consecutive months

• Be able to arrange your own transport and accommodation if needed

Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
