REQUIREMENTS

An accredited B. Degree qualification in the Civil Engineering field of study

Registration as a Professional with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

A minimum of five years' post-registration experience

SARF Certification for Roads Training will be an added advantage.

Experience with RRAMS will be an added advantage

Ability to train and mentor civil graduates

Computer Literacy

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Draft a program (in collaboration with the client) designed to guide mentees through a structured, competency-based training program that aligns with ECSA's professional standards

Establish formal monitoring structures where competency growth is tracked

Recommend CPD-accredited training opportunities

Mix of online and face to face engagements between Mentor and Mentees
