The Legal Services Internship offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical experience within the Legal Unit of a national regulatory body. The successful candidate will provide administrative and research support to the legal team while developing hands-on skills in legal drafting, labour law research, and administrative law principles.
This internship is ideal for a law graduate who wants exposure to public sector legal processes and regulatory compliance work.
๐ Key Responsibilities

Conduct desktop reviews, vetting, and drafting of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Assist with preparatory work and background research on labour law matters

Research legislation, policies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to QCTO

Summarise administrative law principles for core business operations

Assist with reviewing invoices from external legal service providers

Support the drafting of routine legal correspondence and affidavits under supervision

Provide administrative support to the Legal Unit

National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Law / LLB qualification
