MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 5 years' experience
Strong management and leadership skills
Knowledge of herd health, nutrition and reproduction
Proven AI experience
Ability to work under pressure
Basic administration and record keeping
Mechanical and technical knowledge would be advantageous
Valid driver's license
Familiar with Afikim,4th Quadrant and Excel
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
Complete management of the dairy and staff
Pasture and feed planning
Management of irrigation system and pastures
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and animal health
Collaboration with farm management and veterinarian
