Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Engineering Manager - Electrical to lead and manage the electrical engineering function, ensuring safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective electrical infrastructure through effective maintenance, project delivery, and technical support.
Duties & Responsibilities
Plan and manage electrical preventative maintenance and repairs
Ensure compliance with electrical, health & safety, and environmental legislation
Lead and deliver electrical projects within scope, time, and budget
Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
Manage electrical assets, stock, and infrastructure upgrades
Control budgets, Capex, and project expenditure
Provide technical leadership and support to the business
Lead, develop, and performance-manage the electrical team
Engage key internal and external stakeholders

Technical Skills
Electrical systems (high and medium voltage)
Preventative maintenance planning
Project and budget management
Health, safety, and statutory compliance
MS Office; maintenance systems (IFS / Pragma)

Qualifications
Grade 12 Matric
Degree or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Registration with a relevant professional body (preferred)
Experience
Minimum 10 years' electrical engineering experience
Maintenance / facilities environment experience (hospitality preferred)
Project and contractor management experience
