Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Chemical)
Minimum 5 years' experience in an Engineering Management role
Proven project management experience
Experience within a multidisciplinary engineering environment
Our client, based in Mpumalanga, is seeking a multidisciplinary Engineering Manager with strong project management experience to join their established team.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum technical qualification of B.Eng degree.
Engineers with experience preferably with multi-discipline project or engineering exposure in the Chemical, Petrochemical and Energy industry.
Experience working on multi-discipline projects.
Strong background in Control & Instrumentation (C&I) and Electrical will be advantageous.
Experience in typical contracting formats (NEC 3 preferred).
Self-starter with people skills will be advantageous.
Proficient in MS Office.
Formal project management training/coursework/education will be an advantage.
Valid Code B/EB driver's license.
Duties
Develop project execution plans in line with contract requirements.
Identify and appoint all resources (including sub-contracted services) for each project.
Ensure coordination of all resources and functions to meet contract obligations.
Coordinate engineering functions.
Procurement and commercial interfacing with proper contract management.
Management and progress reports as requested.
Maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
Assisting with the advancement of business development.
Engagement with existing and prospective clients to ensure continuity of work.
