Role Overview
The successful incumbent will be a key member of the Engineering division, responsible for managing and coordinating engineering-related projects from initiation through to successful completion.
The role will provide project leadership, ensuring projects are effectively planned, managed, and delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality standards.
The Engineering Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments, supporting both engineering-led initiatives and projects requiring engineering input and delivery support
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of advanced administrative and project coordination tasks, including data management, documentation review, and report preparation.
Assist in developing and refining comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
Lead task and activity coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with strategic project goals.
Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing proactive updates and addressing concerns regarding installations and project progress.
Manage and maintain detailed project documentation, schedules, and reports to support effective decision-making.
Plan, organize, and oversee project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met.
Identify, assess, and propose mitigation strategies for potential project risks and issues.
Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
Drive issue resolution by engaging with relevant teams and proposing effective solutions.
Facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the project lifecycle.
Provide project coordination and administrative support to the Engineering leadership team, contributing to the successful delivery of strategic engineering and business initiatives.
Perform any other reasonable duties in alignment with the role's objectives and organizational needs.

Requirements
Completed relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
A flexible approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.
The following skills and experience would be advantageous
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups) for tracking and reconciliation
Knowledge of working with Google Sheets.
Experience engaging with technical teams, including DevOps, Cloud, Network Engineering, and other technical stakeholders.
Experience managing digital payment processes.
Proven experience in stock control and inventory management
Experience managing procurement processes
Experience facilitating project meetings, tracking actions, and driving teams to deliver on agreed outcomes.
