We are partnering with a growing, multi‑entity business in the South Peninsula seeking a technically strong, professionally qualified finance professional to take the lead on their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central rollout and broader digital finance optimisation.This is a unique opportunity to blend finance, systems, BI, automation, and process improvement in a hands‑on, high‑impact role.
As the Finance Systems & Transformation Analyst, you will act as the internal functional lead for the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of Business Central across approximately 15 entities.
You'll also play a key role in:
Building Power BI dashboards and improving management reporting
Driving automation and workflow improvements
Supporting multientity finance processes and standardisation
Working closely with finance and operational teams during and after the ERP rollout
Taking on progressive finance responsibilities over time (budgeting, forecasting, audit support, etc.)
Act as internal lead for the Business Central ERP implementation
Support data migration, process mapping, testing, and user enablement
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting
Improve finance workflows, internal controls, and multi-entity processes
Build basic Power Automate workflows and identify digital optimisation opportunities
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across finance, operations, and external partners
Take on increased finance responsibilities after year one as the system stabilises

We're looking for:
Minimum 3 - 6 years' post‑study experience (including articles)
Strong technical mindset with interest in finance systems, BI, and automation
Experience with ERP systems (Business Central/NAV advantageous)
Power BI or similar analytics experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working onsite in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Exposure to manufacturing, costing, multi-entity reporting, or vessel/maritime accounting is a plus
