Job Description

Meridian Services is offering a 12-month Workplace Experience Programme for unemployed Degree graduates seeking practical workplace exposure to enhance their skills and improve their career prospects.

Based in Brackenfell, the programme provides valuable hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, and operational support, equipping participants with industry-relevant knowledge and experience in a professional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with collecting, analysing, and interpreting business data

Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Capture, validate, and maintain accurate data records

Assist with identifying trends and providing insights to support business decisions

Support the analysis team with daily operational and administrative tasks

Maintain documentation and ensure data accuracy and integrity

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data confidentiality standards

Perform general administrative and analytical support duties

Requirements

Aged between 18 and 28 years

Valid driver's licence is advantageous but not required

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a professional team environment

Fields of Study

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.

South African citizen.

Currently unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be advantageous.
