The purpose of this role is to lead the optimisation of CCBA's supply chain infrastructure and capacity by delivering expert site master planning, long-range forecasting, and capital investment planning that supports scalable growth, efficient operations, and informed decision-making across all markets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Network Optimization: Deliver specialized knowledge and tools to enhance network planning, helping stakeholders optimize supply chain networks and make informed investment decisions.
Site Master Planning: Lead the development and implementation of site master plans to ensure efficient site layout, equipment capacity, and long-term site development.
Long-range Capacity Planning: Provide capacity forecasts for all operations to guide future investment, ensuring optimized resource allocation and meeting the needs of business growth.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational and market data to evaluate network models and identify latent capacity, informing the decision-making process.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including country leadership, plant management, and the projects department, to align strategies and optimize supply chain capacity.
Capital Investment Management: Conduct thorough capital investment reviews to guide budgeting, prioritization, and approval processes, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and high ROI projects.
Project Proposal Development: Support the projects department by developing site master plans and optimizing network data, ensuring that all proposals meet operational and investment requirements.
Investment Planning Oversight: Consolidate and manage the 3-year capital expenditure (CapEx) plan for all countries and functions, ensuring the timely allocation of resources to high-priority investments.

Skills
Ability to analyze operational and market data to develop optimized network models, identify latent capacity, and make informed decisions on resource allocation.
Proficiency in long-range capacity planning, enabling the development of future-focused strategies that align with business growth and investment requirements.
Expertise in managing capital investment projects, from feasibility analysis to prioritization, budgeting, and approval processes, ensuring timely execution and ROI.
In-depth understanding of network optimization tools and techniques to provide specialized services and optimize supply chain networks.
Ability to address complex challenges related to network planning, site master planning, and capital investments, proposing practical solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
Experience
5 years in a FMCG environment
Combination of experience in: Facilities Planning, Operations Research, TPM, Six Sigma, Lean, Operational experience in Bottling Operations
Experience with network simulation packages (discrete, stochastic, non-linear, agent, math)
Standard OR techniques such as Linear Programming, Critical Path Analysis, Simulation, Statistical Decision Theory, Queueing Theory and Inventory Control Theory
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
