This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the banking sector

Core Responsibilities

UI & UX Creation: Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, user flows, and interface elements aligned with project specifications.

Design Systems: Build and maintain visual assets, UI patterns, and specifications within the enterprise design system.

Research & Testing: Conduct UI/UX trend research, competitor analysis, and user testing to refine digital products based on feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior designers, developers, and product teams to ensure designs meet both business requirements and technical constraints.

Standards & Delivery: Adhere to client-centered design processes, design standards, and project timelines.

Minimum Requirements

3 - 5 yrs proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer in an enterprise or structured environment.

Strong portfolio demonstrating UI layouts, interaction design, prototyping, and design system contributions.

Proficiency in standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

Solid understanding of user-centered design processes, user research methods, and UX testing.

Excellent verbal and visual communication skills to present design rationale to stakeholders.

Must have valid work authorization for South Africa.
