Bilnor Staffing Solutions' client is looking for PIT SUPERVISOR for their operations in Rustenburg, NWP.
- *South African Citizens and those living with the area will be preferred**
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Valid Blasting Certificate for Opencast Mines
Relevant Mining Supervisory Qualification or Opencast Mining Certificate (advantageous)
Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in open cast mining operations
At least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory role within a mining environment
Experience with drilling, blasting, loading and hauling operations
Experience supervising operators, drivers, and general mining crews
Technical Knowledge:
Good knowledge of open pit mining methods and production cycles
Understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations in mining
Knowledge of mine planning and production targets
Ability to monitor equipment utilisation and productivity
Legal / Compliance Requirements
Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
Valid Code B driver's license
