Job Overview

The Quality Management System (QMS) Internship provides graduates with practical exposure to quality management processes within a regulatory organisation. Interns will support the implementation, monitoring, and improvement of quality management systems while gaining experience in compliance monitoring, documentation control, and quality assurance practices.

This internship offers an opportunity to develop professional skills in quality systems, process improvement, compliance monitoring, and organisational quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with quality management system documentation and record control

  • Support the monitoring and maintenance of QMS procedures and policies

  • Assist with internal audits and quality compliance activities

  • Support the implementation of quality assurance and process improvement initiatives

  • Assist with preparing quality reports and compliance documentation

  • Support the maintenance of quality management records and documentation systems

  • Assist with tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Management team


Qualifications

Education

  • National Diploma or Degree in Quality Management

Experience

  • No prior work experience required

  • Suitable for recent graduates or students seeking workplace experience

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of quality management principles and standards

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good communication and organisational abilities

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
