The ideal Raw Materials Operations Leader will be required to:
Act as a key stakeholder in raw material supply, collaborating closely with Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning.
Build strong relationships with operations leadership to ensure seamless collaboration.
Direct and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring daily processes and systems run efficiently.
Investigate and report on service levels from picking to dispatch, driving continuous improvement.
Manage health and safety compliance, maintenance and security matters within the warehouse.
Ensure warehouse equipment is maintained according to company requirements.
Lead by example—motivating, developing and supporting team members while proactively addressing operational challenges.
Work to tight deadlines in a demanding environment and be available after hours when required.
