Requirements
A minimum of a BTech in Civil Engineering
Registered as a Professional Engineering Technologist/ engineer with ECSA.
At least eight (8) years' appropriate experience.
Knowledge of Strategy and policy development; Financial management control and budgeting; Local government related legislation and policies & Water and Sanitation industry.
Water and Sanitation municipal experience would be advantageous.
A valid driver's license.
