Job Overview

The Sasol Foundation Graduate Internship Programme offers a 24-month structured workplace experience for unemployed graduates.

The programme is designed to equip young professionals with practical exposure aligned to their field of study, providing hands-on industry experience within Sasol Business Units. This initiative supports inclusive economic growth and youth employment within Sasol’s local communities.

Qualifications

🎓 Education

Completed Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following fields:

  • Digital Marketing / Marketing & Sales

  • Data Science / Data Analytics

  • Information Technology

  • Transport & Logistics

  • Operations / Retail / Brand Management

  • LLB / Legal & Compliance / Commercial or Property Law

  • Human Resources / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations

  • Finance / Accounting / Information Systems (including CIMA/CFP streams)

  • Public Relations / Stakeholder Relations

  • Development Studies / Project Management

  • Communications / Brand Communication

  • Business Management / Economics / Business Administration

  • Engineering (Civil or Industrial)

  • Property Studies / Real Estate

💼 Experience

  • No prior work experience required

  • Must be currently unemployed

🌟 Eligibility Requirements

  • South African citizen

  • Between 18–29 years old

  • Reside within Sasol local communities (Secunda, Sasolburg, Ekandustria) or Sasol Retail sites within a 50km radius
