Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture (MArch) or a Master's Degree in Architectural Technology (MTech).

Must have at least 5 years' post-qualification experience within the architectural industry.

Must have project lead experience.

Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Must have experience within the hospitality industry, including site experience and project delivery exposure.

Must have a valid passport.
