Must have a Bachelor of Architectural Studies (Honours), Bachelor of Technology Degree, or National Diploma in Architectural Technology.

Must have 5 - 10 years' post-qualification experience within the architectural industry.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Revit.

Must have proven BIM experience and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite.

Must have strong technical resolution skills, conceptual design capability, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Must have a passion for experiential design and innovative architectural solutions.

Must have site experience.

Must have a valid passport.
