Senior Associate | Interior Architecture and Design

Applicants must have the following requirements

Must have a Master's Degree in Architecture (MArch) or a Master's Degree in Architectural Technology (MTech).

Must be registered with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).

Must have 8 - 10 years' experience within the architectural industry, including 2 - 3 years' experience in a management, leadership, or team lead role.

Must have a proven track record and working knowledge within the Hospitality Design industry.

Must have strong technical design, construction documentation, and architectural detailing knowledge.

Must be proficient in Autodesk BIM software.

Must have strong project coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Project Management experience will be advantageous.

Must be a South African Citizen or hold a valid South African work permit.

Must have a valid passport.
