Must have a Master of Engineering (MEng Hons) in Structural Engineering.

Must have 6 - 10 years' post-qualification experience within a structural engineering consultancy environment.

Must be Chartered with IStructE or actively planning to sit the Chartered Membership examination within the current calendar year.

Must have proven experience managing and delivering structural engineering projects from concept design through to construction completion.

Must have excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead meetings and coordinate effectively with external teams remotely.

Must be a collaborative leader with a proactive mindset and a passion for technical excellence.

Must have strong commercial awareness, with the ability to manage budgets and internal resources efficiently.

Must have a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision on UK-standard structural engineering projects.
