Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Inbound Supply Chain Operations team with:
Providing high quality data and process analysis to the Supply Chain Operations team to identify problem areas and suggest improvements.
Investigating system performance issues and identifying on opportunities for improvement to inbound systems
Managing a team of Technical Support Specialists and providing technical support for both internal and external stakeholders
Creating and maintaining operational reports on Looker, Looker Studio, DataForm, data pipelines and bespoke solutions
Administration of inbound supply chain systems, primarily focused on managing day to day capacities for inbound delivery bookings.
Providing User Acceptance Testing for inbound system changes and EDI integrations with external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
3 years technical knowledge of system workflows and integrations
3 years' experience as an analyst (business analyst, data analyst, system analyst) - in the Supply Chain and Retail Industry or similar advantageous
Advanced profiency with SQL is a must
Experience in data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI
Coding (preferably Python) advantageous
NQF7 or final year
