Key Responsibilities
Drive turnover growth and achieve regional sales targets
Lead, motivate, and develop Store Managers and their teams
Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Execute merchandising strategies and maintain brand consistency
Manage stock control, shrinkage, and asset protection
Build strong succession pipelines and support talent development
Foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture across the cluster
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in a multi-store retail management role
Proven track record in driving sales and operational performance
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.
